I use Cvent Event Management for creating event builds. I appreciate the 24/7 customer service phone line. The build templates help to create builds in no time. I like how the surveys are done at the time of build, so that they are not forgotten. I like how the Cvent Salesforce application is now live.

Cvent Event Management is an excellent tool for our registration builds, targeted email content pre and post event, registration check-in during the event itself and for the various ways the mobile app is used to engage our participants. The ability to customize registration to collect certain information from attendees prior to the event allows our team to better focus on topics that are important to attendees, ensure dietary restrictions and ADA needs are met and the ease or reporting and filtering data to be comprehensive for various stakeholders is beneficial for real time information and can better assist in future planning.

Avid Cvent Event Management User
I managed attendee registration for a number of programs at a time. Cvent Event Management has made it possible to organize all of these requests. It makes it much easier for the attendee, the manager (myself), and the clients we work with. I've had to manually collect this information before - Cvent Event Management definitely saves time and frustration.

Cvent - Your One Stop Shop for Excellent Event Management!
I use Cvent for all internal and external events, including the supplier network. I'm the sole user of this software in my company. Cvent eliminates the needs for spreadsheets and manual data entry. Cvent also provides one central location for me to handle all registration, hotel requests and appointment scheduling. I don't know how we survived our events before Cvent!
- Cvent provides one central location for all attendee requests/needs
- Cvent's supplier network is unbridled in the industry. It's a complex tool that allows you to drill down to what you're really looking for.
- Cvent's integrations are comprehensive, including: Passkey, CrowdCompass, Inquisium and Salesforce.
- Cvent is continually improving and adding to it's product suite to provide solutions for the end user.
- Cvent's FLEX registration system is new as of 10/31/18 and there are still some kinks to work out. Cvent would like it to be it's primary registration tool as it's clean and provides lots of flexibility, but there are many features not available yet.
- There are some inconsistencies in some of the layouts in Cvent-- not every screen looks the same.
- Importing information within Cvent can be difficult, as they require very specific information/formats. If you don't get it right the first time, it can be cumbersome to figure out what is needed.
- Cvent tends to sunset features that negatively impact it's end user.

Wealth of Knowledge
We use it for event management, registration, surveys, mobile app, and emarketing and publications for our company.
- Registration is very easy with the drag and drop features in flex
- New Surveys are so much easier than the older version. Drap and drop features here as well.
- Socail tables, now diagramming and seating is seamless
- Commiunity information should be available under the new look/experience of Cvent.
- The administration courses should be broken down to simplify learning.
- QR codes should be implemented in the new surveys.

Cvent - Innovative and Dependable
We use Cvent Event Management as a tool from pre-event to post event. It truly makes the event experience from save the dates, invitation, registration website (which houses all of the information from our attendees and also gives them all of the information they need to attend the event). We also use it for communications pre-event and surveys and post event communications. It is a vital tool in connecting the attendees with the event.

Cvent Event Management makes meeting management that much easier
I am a daily user of Cvent Event Management, we support multiple client meetings and events and use it to gather all relevant data needed for a successful event. We have many clients that previously captured necessary data via surveys or emails, where they would have to piece together an attendees information like if they were attending or not, name badge details, dietary needs, swag sizes, activity preferences, etc. Then they would have to give attendees direction on how to book flights or ground if necessary. By setting their events up in Cvent Event Management we work with clients to obtain all data with one easy registration process, making their lives easier. We also use the event pages to relay all the important details of their event, such as agenda, speakers, session details, activity information, flight/hotel/ground details and more.

- In my experinece, I sometimes we find pop up boxes when for ex we are changing an attendees session to not show all information and you don't realize until you scroll down it is asking additional questions.
- I can't always find things I need in the online help searches. In my experience, often unless you get lucky with a specific wording, it's hard to find articles to help with issues.

Cvent Event Management makes event planning and execution seamless!
We plan several events per year using Cvent Event Management. We use the Flex event option to build out the registration website, send emails to our registrants, register attendees and have them complete post event surveys. Being able to have everything in one place and use the same software from start to finish has been so helpful. We have been using Cvent for 15 years and the advancements and improvements over the years continue to make my job easier.

We manage registration, payments, communications, registration workflows, and OnArrival for the onsite experience. We complete the cvent event website, post speakers, and use it to convey key event information. We also have the zoom integration. Cvent helps us best reach our user community and engagement members and non members effectively. It also helps us track attendance and produce reports.

An app that does it all
My company uses Cvent management to create events for our company and give our attendees easy access to information about our events, how to schedule and plan their day, and have knowledge about the event itself. Cvent has been very user friendly and easy to navigate to create the perfect app for our users.

We are a system of community colleges in Louisiana that use Cvent Event Management to register faculty, staff, students, and sponsors/vendors for events throughout the year. We offer in-person and virtual events via Cvent. The system greatly helps our small staff manage registrations, provide event information (such as agenda, speakers, award info, etc.) to attendees, and identify sponsorship opportunities.

Hello! I use Cvent on a daily basis for all of our programs. Aside from a few changes, Cvent has been great. With the changes, of course, have come many questions and when I get stuck, I call customer support and they are always more than willing to help solve my problem! I think that Cvent is very user-friendly. It definitely takes some time to learn all the ins and outs because there is so much to learn and many cool features!

Cvent Event Management is used in our entire event lifecycle. We use Cvent Event Management emails and website to market events and invite attendees. Event registration is processed using Cvent Event Management. In addition, we use the Attendee Hub to stream virtual and hybrid conferences to our attendees. We also use premium surveys to collect attendee feedback following the events.

- The website is a valuable tool to provide all conference details to attendees.
- The reporting feature is very useful and helps us generate custom reports including attendee reports, financial reports, and many more.
- There is a bit of a learning curve which poses as a potential barrier to some users.
- I would like to see more ability to customize widgets and graphics.
We use Cvent Event Manager for all of our event planning from beginning to end. We use it for event management, website, registration, hotel reservations, venue sourcing, hybrid events, event recordings, marketing, and in-person app experience. It is very nice to have one program that can handle all of this instead of having to transfer data between multiple softwares.

Cvent is a great tool to use for any and every event, when you need to create a registration site. From the easy to use, user-friendly backend tools to create the registration sites (overview, bios, speakers, sessions, agenda or any additional pages you might need, to the full integrations when you're using AttendeeHub and/or OnArrival, this makes the perfect tool to use and create efficiencies. Can't recommend enough to whomever need to create sessions.

We are an enterprise user, therefore, we use quite a few of the Cvent product modules. We currently use Event Registration, Sourcing, Abstract Management, SMM, Membership Management, and Email Marketing. The Event Registration Module allows us to be fairly flexibly with our event setups for each of our clients as well as internally. We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box where Cvent Representatives would have not gone. We have currently implemented the product 80% in our Meetings & Conferences, Group Travel and Association Management team--services not fully utilized are SMM and Email Marketing. The rest of our company utilizes mostly the Sourcing Module, however, there are times when the Event Registration Module is used accordingly. It has really helped streamline a lot of our previously manual processes--ie. Paper registrations, manually processing credit card payments, manually sending/mailing paper receipts to registrants are just a few.
- Sourcing - Love how the system allows you to create one lead and it sends it to as many hotels/locations you wish to send it to. Additionally, it provides instant feedback on whether or not a hotel/location can accommodate your request. If you receive a submission, these are reportable from the system, not manually collated by a staff member.
- Event Registration - Love the ability to create an online process to allow registrants the easy on registering online.
- Surveys - Integrates an event survey automatically to easily track and remind attendees
- Reporting - this can be somewhat difficult to use and clunky. It doesn't always pull all the information the first time you run it, and sometimes requires more than two times of running the report to get all the data needed. There is no way to report on Session Groups and this has been frustrating for over 11 years!
- Membership Management - seriously lacks an update or the functionality needed for most associations. Was created more for corporate membership programs not association membership programs. Very clunky and difficult to use. We have had to use custom questions to help with the reporting side of membership as the standard reports are limited and do not represent the requested or needed data.
- Abstract Management - has improved the most over the last year, but still doesn't allow a review to see more than 100 submissions at a time.

At Northeastern, we use Cvent for all registration activities and types of events. Our registration experience is generally open from 50 to 3000 invitees or registrants so our web design and registration experience is much more complex. We are often never doing the same thing twice and Cvent helps us manage that experience with the use of special registration paths, registration types, and session registration. We do multi-day complex events and simple one-off events. We also do a mix of virtual and physical events. Cvent is the one tool that had alleviated all of the registration issues that we have had!

- The Salesforce integration is a little buggy and even one year into implementation, we are still working through issues.
- [Badge] creation could be easier and so could the materials on buying stock. I get that Cvent wants us to order from them but it is more affordable to have it ordered yourself.
- I wish you could link to other websites in the horizontal navigation on the website editor or even use pages links within Cvent so as to jump invitees around like a traditional website.

We use Cvent to create event websites and manage our meetings throughout the year. It makes it easier for our event coordinators to register attendees and their guests. Our attendees have a much better experience of being able to register from our website any time they are free.

I set up different types of Builds. I use it in conjunction with EMM, which ultimately controls what updates to Cvent Event Management overnight. Cvent Event Management saves time, as all of the templates I use are pre-filled. Cvent Event Management automates my tasks and simplifies the entire process. I can build the event, then immediately schedule the survey to be sent for the day after the event.

Direct Travel's Meetings and Events Technology department uses Cvent to build event websites and registration platforms for meetings we plan. The flexibility of the software makes it easy for our team to develop registrations sites either simple or complex, tailored to the customer's specifications. Our team is able to collect specific attendee information, travel requests, and any other number of required details for each event we host. We also utilize Cvent's mobile event app for a number of programs to enhance the onsite experience. Because Cvent has modules for nearly every element in the event planning process, the software integrations flow well from stage to stage of the planning process with little issue, much better than siloed data would.

Great Product!
We use Cvent Event Management for emarketing, attendee management, registration, event websites, and onsite badging for all of our events. It creates a very seamless way for us to gather, track, and report out on data.

- Reporting - Cvent has one of the most robust reporting systems I have ever used. The ability to create and save custom reports, along with publishing to an access portal for non-cvent users is a huge time saver!

- Attendee Hub App - more customization on the individual pages.

Overall Cvent Experience
Cvent Event Management is used in our organization for many things. The most common aspect we use is registration. Cvent Event Management helps to push out invites and compiles all the replies. But, we also use the platform for Surveys, OnArrival, the Event App and many more. It is a great product that helps us keep many things in one place.

- Design functions are not always user-friendly with invites, and well as a badge designer
- While the stats are great, having the ability to add your own would be even better
